The Course
The Athlete Builder Course is Jim Beebe's system, taught on video, block by block, for athletes, parents and coaches who would rather be shown than read. Alongside it: the recorded Athlete Builder Summits, available on demand. Built from 13 years owning a facility and 50+ athletes on to college rosters.
Everything in the book, taught out loud. Jim walks through each of the six blocks — Mindset, Knowledge, Teammates, Training, Nutrition, Recovery — the way he taught it on the gym floor for 13 years: what the block is, why it decides so much, what a weak version looks like, and what to do about it this week. Then the planning system that turns all six into a schedule. Nothing is held back for a higher tier. This is the whole system.
One module per block, in the order they should be built, plus a final module on planning the year, the quarter and the week. Each module is video, watched on your own time, with the worksheets that go with it. You can go straight through, or jump to the block you scored lowest on and start there — the Scorecard tells you which one.
59 lessons across eight modules, about ten hours of video. Most lessons run eight to twelve minutes. A module a week with the worksheet done first is roughly eight weeks. Access is lifetime, including anything added later.
The Athlete Builder Summit brings coaches, athletes and specialists into one room to teach the six blocks from every angle. Each Summit was recorded in full and is available here on demand, so you get the whole day without the travel. Watch it in one sitting or a session at a time. New Summit recordings are added here as they are released; each one is sold on its own.
Seven presenters, six hours, recorded in full. Two physicians, a sports-medicine specialist, a chiropractor, a national weightlifting coach, an IFBB pro and Jim — each on the block they know best.
Dr. Tom Klootwyk, Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics — ACL injuries: how they happen, how they are repaired, and how risk is reduced
Sara Myers, Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics — return-to-play protocols
Kyle Moran, Moran Academy — using Olympic lifting to build power and speed
Tiffany Patterson, Parkview Sports Medicine — building culture in youth sports
Dr. Todd McDougle, chiropractor — back issues in athletes
Jesse Dale, IFBB Pro bodybuilder — nutrition
Jim Beebe — mindset

Five presenters and a working-lunch session on concussions, recorded in full. A national-champion powerlifting coach, a Parisi-certified speed coach, a sports-medicine specialist, an IFBB pro, a physician, and Jim on the playbook that ties it together.
Jeremy Hartman, Hartman Performance Training — building strength and power with the squat, bench and deadlift. USA Powerlifting National Coach of the Year, 2023; SWIS Symposium Lifetime Achievement Award, 2024
Sam Toellner, Perform Fitness — a Parisi Speed School — speed training and running mechanics, with hands-on work
Sara Myers, Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics — neurocognitive strategies for the return-to-play ACL athlete after surgery
Jesse Dale, IFBB Pro bodybuilder — hypertrophy and recovery: volume, exercise selection, and what actually aids recovery
Dr. Komal Ashraf, DO — co-owner, Perform Fitness — working-lunch session on concussions, head trauma, and return to play after a head injury
Jim Beebe — devising the athlete's playbook: the six blocks, the SWOT, and planning the year down to the day

Athletes who learn by watching. Parents who want to understand what their athlete is being asked to do, so the conversation in the car actually helps. Coaches who train the body well and want a repeatable way to coach the other five blocks. And anyone who read the book and wants to hear how Jim actually says it. If you want a quick fix, this is not it. It is the system, taught in full.
About ten hours of video across 59 lessons, and it is self-paced with no cohort dates and no deadlines. Most lessons run eight to twelve minutes, so you can take one on a drive home. The pace that works is a module a week with the worksheet done first — roughly eight weeks. Faster is possible. Faster is rarely better.
No. Buy it once and it is yours for life, including anything added later. Watch any lesson as many times as you want, and the worksheets are yours to keep and print. The system is meant to be re-run every quarter, so re-watching the block you are attacking next is the point, not a workaround.
No. The course stands on its own — same system, taught instead of read. Plenty of people do both, because the book is easier to mark up and the course is easier to absorb. If you only want one, pick by how you learn: readers take the book, watchers take the course.
Six blocks, taught in the order they get built, on your schedule. Start with the one your athlete is weakest in.
