Free Tools for Athletes, Parents, and Coaches

Free guides from Athlete Builder: practical tools for athletes, parents and coaches, pulled from the same system Jim Beebe built over 13 years owning a facility. Pick the one that matches the work in front of you, give us an email address, and it lands in your inbox.

What These Guides Are

Short, printable, and built to be used rather than read once. Each one takes a single piece of the Athlete Builder system and turns it into something you can put on a clipboard, a fridge, or a locker room wall. No filler chapters, no 40-page PDF you download and never open again. If a guide cannot be used the same week you get it, it does not go on this page.

Pick the One That Fits

The guides split by who you are and what you are working on right now. An athlete trying to fix one habit does not need the same sheet as an owner rebuilding how they talk to parents. Each card names the guide, who it is for, and what it does in one line, so you can take one and go instead of downloading everything and reading none of it.

The Protein Guide

Athletes and parents

What protein actually does, where it shows up in real food, and how to stop guessing at the one thing most young athletes under-eat. Principles, not a meal plan.

The Athlete Builder Top 10

Athletes

Ten habits, pulled straight from the book, that separate the athletes who keep climbing from the ones who stall. Pick one. Run it for three weeks before you add another.

The 8-Week Programs

Athletes and coaches

Two versions of the same eight weeks: the full program if you are training on your own, and the accessory program if your team already handles the main lifts. Four days a week, laid out week by week.

35 Lessons from 136 Conversations

Coaches, parents. and athletes

Three years of asking the best people in sport one question: what actually separates the athletes who make it? Thirty-five answers, word for word, from coaches, Olympians, NFL veterans and Navy SEALs.

How to Actually Use Them

Download one. Not three. Print it, or put it somewhere you will physically see it, and work it for two to three weeks before you add anything else. That is how habits hold: one change at a time, long enough that it stops being a decision. Stacking four new things on a Monday is how athletes end up back where they started by the end of the month.

Why These Are Free

Because the chapters are supposed to be free. The book teaches the system, the podcast gives it away across 150+ episodes, and these guides put pieces of it in your hands at no cost. What I ask for is an email address, so I can send you the weekly newsletter and you can decide over time whether what I do is worth more of your attention. That is the whole trade.

Take One and Start

Pick the guide that matches what you are working on this week, and put it to work. One thing done consistently beats four things started.
