FOR GYM AND FACILITY OWNERS
Athlete Builder installs an operating system inside private training facilities. You keep coaching the physical side, which you already do well. We build the five blocks nobody is coaching — mindset, knowledge, teammates, nutrition, recovery — so parents can finally see what they are paying for.

It was never the athletes you sign. It is the athletes who stay.
And staying is getting harder, because the parent writing the check cannot see what changed. They can see the score at Saturday’s game. They cannot see the work you did on Tuesday. So when the season ends, or money gets tight, or the gym down the road runs a promotion, you are defending your value with a feeling instead of evidence.
Meanwhile the real competitor is not the other performance gym in your market. It is a ninth month of travel ball, another showcase, another set of private lessons — all of them louder than you, and all of them selling exposure instead of development.
So you end up in the same three conversations. The parent who asks what makes you different, and you answer with your equipment or your certifications. The family that leaves in April and comes back in July, having lost everything you built. And the quiet one you never have out loud: every athlete in your building is paying the same rate, no matter how much of you they actually take.
Proof
Jim Beebe spent 13 years owning a facility — the same chair you are sitting in, through the same seasons, with the same parent conversations. 50+ athletes on to college rosters. He wrote the book the system comes from, hosts a podcast with 150+ episodes of college and pro coaches, and writes a weekly newsletter with 20,000+ newsletter readers.
Before any of that: J.P. Morgan Private Bank — helped manage $1.2B in client wealth for high-net-worth families. He spent those years helping families protect and transfer what they had built. The asset changed. The job did not.
"I have been an avid reader since the 4th grade… I have read all the greats and frankly while they deliver the knowledge I found most dry and boring. The Blueprint for Building Champion Athletes is not only informative it is also entertaining. If you are serious about becoming a champion athlete or training champions, I highly suggest you get a copy. IT IS WORTH IT!"

Master Coach with the Parisi Speed School and Pro Strongman
"Jim Beebe's book the Athlete Builder delivers all the essentials to develop the mindset needed to be a highly capable individual. Great book to advance yourself in sport but also in your workplace and life in general."
Shane Sweatt
Founder of the Sweatt Shop and CrossFit Conjugate
"Jim Beebe has provided a blueprint for athletic success. So many times, athletes and coaches get "ideas" on training, accountability, nutrition and mental training. This is a blueprint to help develop a better athlete. This applies to those that are in educational settings and the athlete that is bettering themselves later in life. This book is a tool of learned best practices…put it into consistent use and you will be more prepared than your opponent come game time."

You already train athletes well. The Athlete Builder Operating System builds the total relentless athlete — the five blocks you are not coaching: mindset, knowledge, teammates, nutrition, recovery.
Parents stop taking your work on faith. They see where their athlete stands, what you are working on, and what moved — in writing, on a schedule. Development stops being invisible.
You stop competing on price and equipment. When you can name an athlete’s weakest link in plain language and show the plan to fix it, the gym down the road is selling something else entirely.
Athletes stay longer, and they stay for a different reason. Nobody renews for a workout — there is a cheaper one down the street and a free one on YouTube. They renew for a kid who is visibly becoming someone.
You get a second thing to sell to the families already in your building. Same athletes, same square footage, more of you — and a reason for the families who want everything to pay for everything.
Your athletes stay available. Durability is coached, not hoped for, and the athlete who is still on the field in November is the one whose family renews in December.
THE FIRST CHAMPION GUARANTEE
Half at signing. The rest isn’t due until your first Champion athlete signs — a family already in your gym moving up, or a new one coming in. And if that hasn’t happened within thirty days of launch, I don’t hand you a refund and walk away. I stay on your weekly calls and I stay on the phone with your parents until it does. All I ask is that you run the launch plan with me. I can’t sell for a gym that won’t launch.
Athlete Builder is installing the operating system in six facilities to start. Six, because each install gets Jim directly, and there is a real limit to how many buildings one person can be inside of at once.
Founding facilities get the founding price, and they get it permanently. They also get a say in how the system evolves, because they are the ones running it first. After the founding group closes, the price goes up and stays up.
Every install carries territory. The school districts your facility serves are closed — no other gym running the Athlete Builder Operating System inside them. Six facilities means six territories, and districts are claimed in the order owners sign.
If you own a facility that trains youth and high school athletes and charges families for it, this conversation is worth thirty minutes of your time. If it is not a fit, you will know inside that call, and so will I.
QUESTIONS
One price, one offer, no menus and no tiers. It is a founding number that rises for the next group. The exact figure is a conversation, not a web page — partly because what it is worth depends on your building, and partly because I would rather tell you no on a call than take money from a gym that is not a fit.
No. Zero royalties, ever. You set every price in your building, you keep every dollar, and you own the relationship with every family. This is a system you install, not a franchise you join. Nobody from Athlete Builder ever contacts your athletes.
It is built to run inside the schedule you already have, not on top of it. You are not adding a second business or a second staff. If it required you to clear your calendar, no owner would ever finish the install — that constraint shaped the whole thing.
No. Keep your programming exactly as it is. The physical block is the one you already do well, and rebuilding it would be a waste of both our time. What gets added is the five blocks sitting untouched next to it.
You own or run the facility, you train youth and high school athletes, and families pay you directly. That last one matters most — if your program is free or grant-funded, the economics do not work and I will tell you so. Owner-operated is the profile. Big-box and franchise models usually are not.
Bring your real numbers and your hardest parent conversation. We will look at where your program actually stands and what installing this would mean in your building. If it is not a fit, the call is still worth having — you will leave knowing what your weak link is either way.
